AF7 Ankle Bracing Sleeve

I love them! I have weak ankles and they help with stability. Also, I love that they are breathable, and don't irritate my sensitive skin. I highly recommend them.

It goes on really tight love the support and it’s not bulky in your shoe.

Due to playing ice hockey and of course skates, I developed Holcomb's Deformity which has caused major issues with bone/cartilage build up and impact on my Achilles tendon. Surgery is now needed as pain and just walking has become and issue. As a avid pickleball player and coach this has been even more impacted as icing, rest and PT has not worked out so surgery is a must. The brace has helped and I wear it regularly until getting my condition fixed. This has been the only compression that has provided relief and even has allowed me to continue coaching. The only issue I have had is wearing it under a sock is hard as it tends to roll up slightly if sock (such as OS1st PB sock) is put over it, but it is perfect during around the house and out and about use. Highly recommended as a temporary support

So about a year ago I rolled my foot and broke the bone on the outside of my foot. After it healed and multiple trips to the doctors I have dealt with pain from the area on and off. A friend of mine told me about this brace. He said definitely buy a bigger size than I need. I did. I wore it for a few hours today. I am size 12. I ordered a size XXL. As other reviews have stated, they run small. When I took it off it was a chore. The pain did go away. I will wear it again when the pain comes back.
