CHRIS DENUCCI

ABOUT ME:Chris

I started running later in life after a major illness made me realize that life is too short to not seek adventure and pursue your dreams. Initially starting with marathons, I worked my way up to ultra distance event and in 2015 burst on the national ultrarunning scene with podium finishes at several competitive races and USATF National Championships. Since then, I have racked up wins at the American River 50 mile, Squamish 50/50 and a top 10 finish at the Western States 100 mile. I’m driven by a passion for challenge and love of nature racing all terrains, all distances and always looking for a new adventure. I have a MD and a PhD and am currently training at Stanford Medical Center as Sport Medicine Radiologist.

Chris 1WHY TEAM OS1st?

As a physician, scientist and endurance athlete, I know that consistent training and recovery are vital to success. As a leader in medical grade compression and bracing, OS1st supports me in achieving both of these goals. OS1st products are FDA registered medical devices and held to rigorous standards, maintaining a technology and quality I trust. I have extensively used the FS6 and DS6 foot sleeves in the recovery phase and early return to running from plantar fasciitis
