The best way to live well is to live well consistently. Integrating good habits into your daily life is one of the greatest things you can do for your body and soul.

Maintaining appropriate water intake is especially important for those with active lifestyles, because the less water you have in your body, the more fatigued you will feel. If you don’t replace the water you lose from sweat during a hard workout, then your muscles cannot sustain the correct amount of fluid needed for proper functioning, leading to tired and sore muscles. By consuming enough water for your body weight and height you set yourself up to live well.

Live Well and Eat Good Food

Don’t forget that water is also found in good foods! Raw fruits and vegetables are packed with water and other nutrients your body craves. When making dietary decisions, keep in mind that good food is made of good choices and good quality.

First, you should choose to fill your plate with what your body needs: macronutrients.
