Hello, I am writing with complete admiration of your bunion sock. You see, I just completed the Bigfoot 200 endurance run, wearing the same pair of socks for 90 hours over rugged terrain, thru water, and a total of ~44,000 ft elevation gain and loss....and my feet look the same before and after the race.....this is almost unheard of!
Your socks were comfortable, had excellent moisture wicking, and the compression around the mid foot prevented slippage and thereby heel blisters. My second and third toes are webbed on both feet and I cannot wear toe socks, so your bunion socks are perfect for my bunion AND webbed toes! Also, no socks have that mid foot support that yours do.
Wearing regular socks on these endurance runs I tend to blister on the first and second toe. During and after the race I had less feet fatigue and nerve zingers. Also typically I change socks every 20-40 miles for dust and/or blister repair. This race though, I did wack my 4th right toe on a lava rock but when I took off my sock to check it out, my foot was completely clean and even at the end my feet were pretty darn clean without any microdust....amazing.
I found your socks in a local running store just 1 week before the race, so glad I took the leap of faith with them. My next event is the Arizona Monster 300 miler and I will be wearing your socks. I am going to say....consider marketing your socks to the long distance endurance runners. I took photos of my feet as I was removing shoes/socks after the race....if you want proof!
