Refund policy

Need to exchange or return your OS1st product? No problem! We are here to help.

• If you purchased from an independent retailer - Please contact the place of purchase for assistance processing your request. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us.
• If you purchased from OS1st.com - As long as you purchased the product in the last 30 days, you are entitled to either exchange your product or receive our full money-back guarantee.  

Satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return products within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be unused / lightly used and in original packaging. Return packages must include the original packing slip or a piece of paper containing the original order number. 

To request to return a product ordered on OS1st.com, you may do so by visiting your account, viewing the order and selecting "Request Return".

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of the receipt of the return via the same payment method in which the customer purchased. If you do not receive a refund email notification within 15 days from the day you mailed back your product, please email cs@os1st.com 

If you wish to exchange for another size or product of the same value, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused / lightly used and in original packaging. The return package must include the original packing slip along with a note saying which size you would like to exchange for. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and well worn/used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
