When I got this I put it on because my IT band was hurting very badly and within 5 minutes I felt the pressure off my IT band and it was not hurting!!! I was able to get up and down without pain!!! The only problem is that I have big legs and after a while it started digging into my leg! No fault of the band which works I just need a larger size!!!

Perfect for Chronic IT Band Issues

I have chronic IT Band issues. These are perfect for my shorter runs. I don’t experience any pain on my shorter runs while wearing them.

It works!

I have been suffering from ITBS Syndrome for almost a year. Have tried quite a few things. I just received the band and wore it today, what a difference! Usually if I sit for any period of time, I limp when I first start walking after getting up. My walk definitely improved. I am so happy. It is so difficult living with chronic pain. My doctor gave me stretches to do and I just got a form roller. I am hoping to improve significantly or just be healed. It makes you realize don't take your mobility for granted. I do think I will buy a size larger. The one I have is just a little too tight.
