If your skeptical as I was, as to how a compression stocking, could have any possible effect on Plantar Fasciitis, well kiss your skepticism Good-Bye.
I’m a Nurse Practitioner and have suffered with 2 episodes of of this “evil” disorder in the past 10 years, to the point of being unable to complete my job duties. These have been a life saver for me and I now recommend this type compression stocking/sock to my patients who develop this debilitating condition.
I will have to admit, they are slightly tighter than I would like, however the solution is to order a size up.
