These work for me!

I do a lot of walking and mountain hiking for my leisure time, and a lot of standing at my work on a construction site. I have bad knees from sports and a bad hip from slipping on ice on a trail. These sleeves really help to prevent much of the pain I have without them. I rely on them. I'm 72, yes, 72. I think I may be able to avoid knee/hip surgery with these.
Those who say they are not well made do not understand that the threads that show inside the sleeve have no effect on its function. I have my second pair while still using the first pair as usual. Still good after a few years usage. I have the tan version so that I can wear shorts and not stand out so much. A friend sent me a Copper version, but they were a tight fit but not as much support as the OS1st. They sit in a box. Highly recommend. OS1st. Thank you. (not a paid review)

Best knee sleeve we found so far.

When Jackson became so painful that we thought we were looking at knee replacement we started trying every knee brace out there including ones that are adjustable. None work sufficiently. We discovered the OS 1 knee sleeve after visiting the Good Feet store. Jack's knee has been 90% better with the combination of tGood Feet arch supports and the OS1st knee brace.
