Helps my Plantar Fasciitis

These socks have compression in the right places for long days on your feet! Also found out that I have grown half a shoe size! Heel cups , the right size shoes, these wonderful socks and stretching have all helped alleviate my plantar pain ! Wish they were more affordable, so I could have more pairs !

Socks

I wish they were prettier but they work. The pf is painful and the socks provide comfort.

Worked for minor ankle discomfort

I have been running for 4 months now, preparing for half marathon. Have been feeling minor ankle discomfort. Running group coach suggested 1. These socks 2. Tightening the shoe laces all the way 3. Long term strengthening exercises. I started tightening shoe laces properly and using these socks - the discomfort has largely gone away. I don't feel the pain in the top of the ankle after the run. I wish the socks were cheaper and I would buy more. PS - I wear a Saucony guide shoe as recommended by running store.
